First Austin LEED Home

We are proud to announce the completion in April 2008 of the First home in Austin Texas to be LEED certified green by the USGBC, the premier national green building program in the U.S. It received the highest ratings available, LEED Platinum certification, as well as the highest rating available, Five Stars, from the premier local U.S. green building program, the Austin Green Building Program. This home also made Environment Associates the First Houston-based entity to complete a Certified LEED PLATINUM project anywhere in the USA (and on the Planet).
